I enjoyed my stay with a friendly staff and a nice swimming pool on the rooftop. The location was superb, just a 10-minute walk to Al Karama Metro Station and a supermarket nearby. the room showed some signs of wear and the Wi-Fi was not reliable, making it difficult to work comfortably.

The room cleanliness was lacking. the couch was dirty and the place felt a bit worn down overall. Housekeeping only serviced the room once during a three-night stay, and there were no pool towels available despite offering sauna services. Plus, the kettle was left on and empty, which burned my hand when I tried to check it—spotty maintenance like that is a letdown. the carpet and curtains were old and need replacing. The wifi on the fifth floor was practically unusable, though I managed to find a workable connection in the lobby.

Helpful staff in a quiet retreat

Location is the best part!
The location was awesome, super convenient! The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, but the wifi was painfully slow and I had to wait ages for food at the tiny restaurant. the A/C couldn’t really adjust temp much. Staff were okay, but definitely could be friendlier.
